Asthma, particularly severe asthma, is often poorly controlled and associated with frequent acute exacerbations, substantially impairing patients' quality of life and imposing a considerable socioeconomic burden. Considering the current state of asthma diagnosis and treatment in China, the writing group drew on domestic and international asthma guidelines and literature to develop standards for asthma outpatient clinics within the framework of the standardized development criteria for Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine (PCCM) and formulated this implementation plan. The plan is intended to provide a reference for the establishment of disease-specific asthma clinics in China and to enhance the capacity for the management of asthma, particularly severe asthma. 支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）是我国常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病，但地区间及各级别医疗机构诊疗水平参差不齐。哮喘，特别是重度哮喘临床控制水平差、急性发作频繁，严重影响患者生活质量，也造成沉重的社会经济负担。基于我国哮喘诊疗现状，本编写组结合国内外哮喘指南和文献，在呼吸与危重症医学科（PCCM）规范化建设标准框架基础上提出哮喘门诊规范化建设标准，并形成本实施方案，以期为我国哮喘专病门诊建设提供参考，提高哮喘，特别是重度哮喘的管理能力。.
