As such, the upper left-hand panel of Fig 1a reports material from [[2](https://journals.plos.org/plosmedicine/article?id=10.1371/journal.pmed.1005254#pmed.1005254.ref002)], published in 2021 by Massachusetts Medical Society, which is not offered under a CC BY license and are therefore excluded from this article’s [[1](https://journals.plos.org/plosmedicine/article?id=10.1371/journal.pmed.1005254#pmed.1005254.ref001)] license. This clarification does not affect the results, conclusions, and overall scientific understanding.
