We read with great interest the recent article by Ng et al [1]. We commend the authors for providing much-needed real-world evidence regarding the medium-term safety of the Rapid Assessment for Prostate Imaging and Diagnosis (RAPID) pathway. Their findings—showing that 39% of men remained biopsy-free at 5 yr with zero metastases or cancer-specific deaths—offer significant reassurance to clinicians and patients alike.
