We agree that, although no association was observed between urinary substructure dose (including the urethra, bladder, and bladder trigone) and late genitourinary toxicity in this post hoc analysis of the PACE-B stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) cohort, this should not be interpreted as evidence that these structures are unimportant [1,2].
