To the Editor In the recent trial by Dr Miller and colleagues assessing a direct-to-patient digital health program for lung cancer screening, participants randomized to the digital intervention group demonstrated a greater uptake of chest computed tomography (CT) screening for lung cancer compared with the enhanced usual care group (24.5% vs 17%). However, nearly three-fourths of eligible participants did not undergo CT screening.
