Germline Pathogenic Variants Among Women Without a History of Breast Cancer

This secondary analysis of a randomized clinical trial identifies the prevalence of pathogenic or likely pathogenic variants in a large cohort of women offered criteria-independent genetic testing and evaluates the relationship of test positivity to family history and other patient characteristics.
