There was no history of fever, arthritis, skin rashes, weight loss, or any constitutional symptoms. The serum creatinine level was 125.53 μmol/l (1.42 mg/dl) (serum creatinine conversion factor: mg/dl × 88.4 = μmol/l), and the serum albumin level was 32 g/l (3.2 g/dl) (serum albumin conversion factor: g/dl × 10 = g/l).
