Lancet Respir Med 2026; 14: 38–48—In this Article, the first sentence of the sixth paragraph in the Results should read “…bronchial wall thickening ratios (Bwt/A and Bwa/Boa) in the G1–6 region had changed at month 12 by a mean of –0·042 (95% CI –0·049 to –0·035)…” and the last sentence should read “However, 64·7% (SD 0·23) bronchus–artery pairs per participant remained above the 0·14 Bwt/A threshold for normal bronchial wall thickness at month 12 versus 82·5% (0·16) at month 0 (p<0·0001)”.
