Indications and usage Apply a small amount to the affected area 1-3 times daily. Massage gently until fully absorbed. Best used after warm shower or warm compress for enhanced penetration. Dosage and administration For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints. Warnings and cautions For external use only. on wounds or damaged skin with a heating pad if allergic to ingredient in the product Avoidcontact with the eyes Do not bandage tightly rash or irritation developsand lasts condition worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up ad occur again within a few days If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
