Dose forms and strengths 2 mg THIAMINE MONONITRATE; 3 mg RIBOFLAVIN; 2 mg NIACINAMIDE; 5 mg CALCIUM PANTOTHENATE; 25 mg PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE; 10 ug CYANOCOBALAMIN; 30 mg ASCORBIC ACID; 10 ug CHOLECALCIFEROL; 1 mg FOLIC ACID; 300 ug BIOTIN; 1 mg COPPER; 32 mg FERROUS FUMARATE; 105 mg MAGNESIUM OXIDE; 5.5 mg ZINC GLUCONATE Key warnings This product is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Trexion Multivitamin Capsules should only be used under the direction and supervision of a licensed medical practitioner. Use with caution in patients that may have a medical condition, are pregnant, lactating, trying to conceive, under the age of 18, or taking medications. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
