Indications and usage Trexion label published in DailyMed. Standard dosing Usual adult dose is 1 capsule by mouth daily, or as prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner. Dose forms and strengths 2 mg THIAMINE MONONITRATE; 3 mg RIBOFLAVIN; 2 mg NIACINAMIDE; 5 mg CALCIUM PANTOTHENATE; 25 mg PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE; 10 ug CYANOCOBALAMIN; 30 mg ASCORBIC ACID; 10 ug CHOLECALCIFEROL; 1 mg FOLIC ACID; 300 ug BIOTIN; 1 mg COPPER; 32 mg FERROUS FUMARATE; 105 mg MAGNESIUM OXIDE; 5.5 mg ZINC GLUCONATE Key warnings This product is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Trexion Multivitamin Capsules should only be used under the direction and supervision of a licensed medical practitioner. Use with caution in patients that may have a medical condition, are pregnant, lactating, trying to conceive, under the age of 18, or taking medications.
