San Francisco-based UCSF Health has named multiple new leaders to its UCSF Health Network. Chantel Johnson joined the network as vice president and COO of network ambulatory on June 29, according to a July 10 UCSF Health news release shared with Becker’s . In her new role, Ms. Johnson will lead network ambulatory operations, with a focus on access, alignment, performance and continued growth across the network’s ambulatory footprint. John Bartlett, MD, joined the network as vice president and chief medical officer on July 6. In his new role, Dr. Bartlett will provide clinical strategy across the network. He will work alongside physician, nursing and operational leaders to strengthen quality, safety, clinical integration and care delivery across all partnerships and sites. The network named Jared Amerson vice president and COO on July 6. In his new role, Mr. Amerson will lead the network’s operations and work with teams to build operational infrastructure, improve performance and move key priorities forward. Lastly, Jeff Daneff was named vice president and CFO of the UCSF Health Network on July 6. Mr. Daneff will provide financial leadership to the network while supporting financial performance, strategic planning and fiscal stewardship to help grow and sustain services. “The Network is one of UCSF Health’s most important opportunities — for our patients, our people, our partners and the communities we serve,” Brian Sinotte, president of UCSF Health Network and senior vice president of UCSF Health, said in the release. “I’m excited to have four exceptional leaders joining the Network Executive Leadership Team.
