In the late summer of 2024 (from Aug 12 in Scotland, and Sept 1 in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland), the universal maternal bivalent respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) prefusion F protein (RSVpreF) vaccination for pregnant women was introduced in the UK.
