The Incubator aim was simple but ambitious, to translate education theory into something clinicians could actually use. Each chapter starts with a real educational problem, explains the underlying theory in plain language, and then shows how it applies in day-to-day teaching, assessment, feedback, and curriculum design. The final three volumes, released in January 2026, complete the set. They cover practical teaching methods, programme design and evaluation, assessment frameworks, educational sociology, leadership, and lifelong learning. Together with Volumes 1–5, they form a library that spans everything from cognitive psychology and curriculum design to organisational change and adaptive expertise.
