To the Editor Recently, Sheng et al published the MELATORCH phase 3 trial, which provided key data comparing the efficacy of the programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) inhibitor toripalimab vs the chemotherapy drug dacarbazine in first-line treatment of advanced acral melanoma. I appreciate the effort to include a specific population in this study. To interpret the efficacy more carefully, I will discuss the following 3 issues.
