In Reply We thank the correspondents for their thoughtful engagement with our study examining ultraprocessed food (UPF) intake and risk of early-onset colorectal cancer (EOCRC) precursors in the Nurses’ Health Study II (NHS II). We appreciate the opportunity to clarify aspects of the study design and address concerns regarding potential selection and collider stratification bias related to restriction to lower endoscopy before age 50 years.
