Linezolid interruption was common and associated with unfavourable clinical outcomes. Linezolid rechallenge was frequently successful and associated with better clinical outcomes. These findings inform clinical practice and have implications for the management of patients receiving oral, short-course regimens for multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.
