New York physician joins Concierge Choice Physicians network

Sharon X. Li, MD, an internal medicine physician at Medical Clinic of Houston, is now seeing patients through Concierge Choice Physicians’ Hybrid Choice program. The Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based company announced the addition July 10.

Under the hybrid model, Dr. Li continues caring for her full patient panel while offering concierge membership as an optional upgrade. Members can receive same-day or next-day appointments, a direct members-only office line, after-hours access to Dr. Li’s private cell number, expanded medical advocacy with outside specialists and an extended annual exam with customized screenings.

“I’m excited about my Hybrid Choice concierge program because it allows me to practice medicine in a more personalized, relationship-driven way while continuing to care for all of my patients,” Dr. Li said.

Keith Elgart, CEO of Concierge Choice Physicians, said the program reflects a commitment to personalized, convenient and compassionate care. He also said the company is pleased to welcome Dr. Li to the growing roster of Medical Clinic of Houston physicians adopting the model.

Dr. Li earned her medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and joined Medical Clinic of Houston, a physician-owned internal medicine group, in 2019.

Membership is capped to preserve access for both concierge and non-member patients and carries an annual fee. Concierge Choice Physicians, headquartered in Rockville Centre, N.Y., said it has worked with more than 500 physicians across 29 states through its Hybrid and FullFlex concierge models.
