Jacque Schweighart has been named chief development officer and president of the Peoria, Ill.-based OSF HealthCare Foundation, effective Aug. 3, according to a June 30 health system news release.
In the role, she will be responsible for defining and leading a unified philanthropic strategy that aligns with OSF HealthCare’s mission and strategic priorities. She will also oversee fundraising across all giving channels, help drive endowment growth through strategic partnerships and act as the foundation’s chief ambassador to internal and external stakeholders.
Ms. Schweighart most recently served as senior vice president of Central Development Services for the University of Illinois Foundation. Her background includes leadership roles in major, principal and planned giving, annual giving and volunteer engagement programs.
